Our Rainbow
God Keeps His Promises (Deut 32:4).

For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret (Eph 5:12).

The rainbow, a symbol of God's promise never to destroy the earth again.   But man is able to destroy himself by his rebellion against God. The apostle Paul said: Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you (1 Co 6:8-11, NKJV). Homosexuality is an abomination, a sin, and hatred against God. Read: Homosexuality: Rebellion Against God.

All of us will one day be judged by a holy God. Those who have repented of their sin will appear before God at the judgment seat. Those who did not repent of their sin will meet God at the Great White Throne judgment. They will forever be separated from His presence.

"Homophobia" is an ad hominem attack. If you oppose redefining marriage, or if you think that the definition of marriage should be a man and a woman, you are called a "homophobe". To say that one man and one woman in marriage is divine desire is not hatred. It is antipathy to ideas, not to a people.

The Christian cares enough to warn the homosexual of a tragedy that awaits him or her in eternity. The Bible has a name for the "live and let live" philosophy. It is called apathy. Apathy is easy and it is a form of hatred.

We need to take back our rainbow from the perverted symbol that the homosexual community has made it to be. It is rather a symbol of God's promise never to flood the earth again.

God loves all people. Jesus offers His forgiveness for any sin against Him to those who repent and place their trust in Him. A person will not be forgiven if they reject the promptings of the Holy Spirit and continue in a life of rebellion toward God.

Men must forgo their evil imaginations which are fanaticized and imagined in their mind: ^"14 as obedient children, not ^xconforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance (1 Pet. 1:14)." God cannot be blamed for man's inequity. God is holy, while man is sinful. "Each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own [emphasis added] desires and enticed. ¹⁵ Then, ⁿwhen desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, ^obrings forth death (Jam. 1:15)."
The battle against homosexuality begins in man's depraved mind. It's only cure is Christ. When a man places his trust in Jesus Christ, he can be saved from himself. can be saved from himself. "⁶ God...^h“will render to each one according to his deeds”: ⁷ eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; ⁸ but to those who are self-seeking and ⁱdo not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, ⁹ tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew ^jfirst and also of the ³Greek; ¹⁰ ^kbut glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. ¹¹ For ^lthere is no partiality with God (Rom. 2:6)."

As we obey the Lord, he enables us to live for His glory in righteousness. Whether heterosexual or homosexual, if you do not bow your knee to Christ you are an enemy of God.
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not ^ashortened,

     That it cannot save;

     Nor His ear heavy,

     That it cannot hear.

²     But your iniquities have separated you from your God;

     And your sins have hidden His face from you,

     So that He will ^bnot hear. (Isa. 59:1).

We are restored to fellowship and friendship with God only by the blood of Jesus.

Gay activists acknowledge severe health risks of homosexual lifestyle:

[A]ctivists admit what we have been saying for years, that "gay/bisexual men have a life expectancy 20 years less than the average man" in Canada. Even the life expectancy of lesbians, though not as severely impacted, "is still lower than the life expectancy of the general population."

Suicide rates, they admit, are anywhere from double to 13.9 times higher than the general population. By their own estimates, homosexuals comprise 30% of all suicides in Canada.

They admit that smoking rates among gays are up to three times higher, alcohol use up to seven times higher, and illicit drug use up to 19 times higher than the general population.

They themselves openly acknowledge that 76.1% of all AIDS cases since statistics were first kept occur in gay and bisexual men, and further acknowledge that the infection rate is up to 26 times higher than among the population as a whole.

When it comes to cancer of various types, they candidly admit that "gay men, lesbians and bisexual men and women are at higher risk for some cancers as a result of their sexual orientation (emphasis added)." Smoking and alcohol use puts them at elevated risk of lung and liver cancer, while their sexual activity increases their risk of anal cancer and cancers of the head, throat and neck through frequent exposure to HPV, the human papilloma virus...
