That's right. The high theologians
here on TOL spend most of their time attempting to justify their
wicked behavior (Mt 5:19, Jud 4).
They know a bible verse or two;
but, they've never actually met the Great Physician who heals (Ro 8:14, Re
3:17). They never say like John the Baptist, He
must increase, but I must decrease (Jn 3:30).
They don't look more and more like Jesus each day until finally the natural man
is gone and all that remains is Him. They merely got their card punched and
believe they're headed for heaven (Mt 7:23). They tell you that they don't
struggle with the devil when Jesus did (Jn 14:30, Heb. 4:15).
What sin? they say;
as if they've arrived (Phil 3:12). They even tell you what to call the Lord as
if he doesn't know to whom you are referring.
