What is the significance of Sept 23, 2017?  Sites online are saying something about a woman clothed by the sun and revelations?  Is it the next end time prophecy?
The Re 12 sign in the sky occurs on 23 Sept 17.  Just prior to that is the feast of trumpets. :jump:

 The rapture is the next event on the prophetic calendar. John spoke about two signs not one. Don't be one who says that the Lord delays his coming. You don't want to be here during the Great Tribulation (Lk 12:45-46).

We don't prepare by stocking up on: gold, guns and groceries. Read chapters 2 and 3 of Revelation. You don't have to make it to chapter 4.

We suffer the tribulation.

Persecution (par for the course [1 Thess. 2:15; Rev. 12:13]) and the Great Tribulation (Re 6-18) are not the same thing.

The first seal has not been opened yet. It cannot be opened until the bride is where she belongs (Re 4:4). Maybe you're confusing real life with a movie you've seen. Signs/birth pangs only tell you that the end is not yet (Mt 24:6). These are only the beginning of sorrows (Mt 24:8).   Good luck with the locust through.
